Why are Indian officers and politicians obsessed with watching porn at workplace?

Border Security Force officer played a porn clip during ‘darbar’ of the 77th Battalion at Ferozepur on Sunday morning.
It was extremely embarrassing to see that the porn clip flashed on the computer screen while an officer was showing a presentation to the whole batch. The clip left the people stunned for over 90 seconds.
According to media reports, BSF inspector general, Punjab Frontier, Mukul Goyal said, “Such material should not have been on the official laptop of an officer. We are taking the matter seriously. That’s why we have ordered an inquiry,” Goyal said.
It is not the only case that appeared out of the blue, there is a barrage of incidences when Indians were criticized for watching porn in public realm and official vicinities.
A look at other porn incidents
1. One such incidence came into light when thousand of commuters at Rajiv Chown Metro Station in Delhi witnessed a bizarre scene of a pornographic content being played on the LED screen that runs advertisements. The entire incident was trolled on social media website.
2. Public pulled BJP leaders up for watching porn inside the Karnataka state assembly in February, 2012. Three politicians including Karnataka state Minister for Cooperation Laxman Savadi, the minister for women and child development, CC Patil, state Minister for Ports, Science and Technology Krishna Palemar were caught sharing the clips during the assembly.
3. In the year 2015, another Congress MLA Naba Kishore Das was caught watching porn during Odisha Assembly and was suspended for a period of seven days
The question which arises is that – Why are Indians obsessed with watching porn?
According to PornHub, India is the third most porn watching country in the world despite the fact that India has dropped in the average time spent category, from 9:30 minutes to 8:20.
